~ An Old Cherokee Saying ~

An Old Cherokee Saying ~  This is probably one of the best analogies of life explained!

TWO WOLVES

One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people.

He said, "My son, the battle in life is between two wolves that live inside us all.

"One is Evil: anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.

"The other is God: joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith."

The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather: "Which wolf wins?"

The old Cherokee replied,

"The one you feed."

Hi dear Pat,
Wow! That's so simple and really perfect. Thanks, cause I can always use a reminder. My wolf has been getting way too much to eat lately, I think! LIFE!! Sometimes it ain't easy.
Hope you're out and about, looking at everything with those new eyes of yours!
XOXO
