~ Reasons NOT to eat at Subway ~

I know a lot of us are trying to eat healthy, exercise, drink water, etc.  Subway has been advertised as a great place to eat....you know, Jared and his weight loss.  I think a lot of teens eat there as it's relatively inexpensive.  However, I really encourage you to read this article!   It's too long to post but it's extremely interesting.  Soooo many preservatives and so detrimental to our health.

Let me know what you think!

Thanks so much, Pat. there are so many great places to get fresh sandwiches now...Panera, Potbelly, Corner Bakery, Jimmy John's. Maybe they will be getting more of Subways business in the future.

LOVE your new blog design!

XO,
Jane

You know, even without reading the article, I continue with my plan. That of not eating out. Well, an occasional meal in a trusted restaurant yes. But no, no, no fast food of any kind.

I've gotten to the point where I really want (Need!!!) to know what's in the food I eat. And the only way to do that, is to eat at home. -sigh-

Thank you for another interesting find-of-information, though.

That is incredible, but it doesn't surprise me. Not sure about the bread though, since I've seen them putting the bread in the oven and baking it right in the Subway store. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you for the posting.
I am starting to feel like Tessa. No eating out.

Thanks for this article. I think it's so interesting (scary) that here in the United States, we have so many food products that are banned in other countries. It really makes you think about every single thing you put in your mouth.

Very interesting article though I must say that I've rarely eaten at Subway anyway. I'm just never been that impressed with the quality of their sandwiches.
